    Beautiful beach areas with plenty of lounge chairs.

    I was really disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in my room didn't work for the first two nights and made it difficult to sleep. While it finally functioned on the last night, it was frustrating that I had to deal with that issue. Navigating the hotel was quite a challenge due to some areas requiring several steps to reach.

    Reasonably clean accommodation, fantastic friendly and best staff like Maria waiters at the buffet. The location unbeatable and fantastic to the Italian restaurant on the 5th night. Based very close to an island, the Caribbean for almost 20 years and Mexican restaurants.

    Great way to end our vacation. Everything was very easy, clean hotel, absolutely perfect and favourable location by the ocean. Delicious breakfast with variety of high quality foods. Location so close to the restaurant and the Secrets Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic and a gorgeous beach and terrific restaurant selections.

    I'm back from a week at Secrets Cap Cana and I can't say enough about the great service. The staff were really good, especially my butler, Drago, who ensured our needs were met daily. The beautiful beach had a ton of lounges, and the water activities kept things exciting with fun options like paddleboarding and kayaking. We enjoyed the evening shows, particularly the Queen tribute that had everyone on their feet. Dining was consistently good with great variety, but I did notice some off days where the food quality dipped a little. One minor issue was the hot tub not working , disappointing given that it was a preferred club room. The drinks felt a bit weak and overly sweet at times, too. One night we waited longer than expected for room service.

    Had a great experience overall! The beach setup was really nice with plenty of loungers and shade, which made it easy to relax all day.
